Default Recomposition? Does it work without aas?

So I am on month 3and of a year long recomposition effort. I haven't done anything as far as thermogenic supplements and don't intend to as I am incredibly sensitive to stimulants for some reason. My starting weight was around 225 and I am down to 205. The first few pounds dropped quick and I was down 20 lbs in a matter of 3 weeks. I use 531 as my workout template and add in a good amount of steady state cardio as well. I am eating around 3000 per day and have been gaining strength on a good pace throughout the process. Low carbs and fat with the protein around 300 grams per day from all sources. My bodyfat is down to 17%. The question is should I eat less total calories or add more cardio or a change anything if it is working. I would like to speed the process up a bit but I don't want to use any thermos. I was kicking around the notion of using a couple cycles of AMS DecaVol throughout the year but I am on the fence about it. Holla back.

I would either add in 1 or 2 more cardio sessions a week or drop down to around 2700 cals. However, it looks like you've been losing weight so if what you're doing is working why change it?

Here's a great article for dieting

Word. Thanks man. I was thinking about some weekend cardio. Either some light complexes or just long sessions of steady state or both.
I just don't want to diminish my strength gains during the week. What say you?

Okay. Amazing article man. Layne Norton is a GD genius. Thanks so much! I love his MD column so anything he says is frigging gold IMO. I will work it out and post the results monthly.

I'm a huge layne norton fan myself. As far as the extra cardio goes i am a big fan of hiit (high intensity) but I find myself doing more low intense treadmill walking. Either way it's calories in vs calories out. Do you wear a heart rate monitor?

Yeah I do. I like to stay in to 130-150 range for about 25-35 min. I can pull that off five days a weeks after lifting. I wouldn't mind a couple of hour days but I don't want to over do it and lose any muscle.

Honestly I would keep everything the same until you stop losing weight. You seems to be dropping bodyfat a good rate.

Anyone know how to end carb cravings or food in general after 8pm. I have had a garbage weekend in terms of intake and i slid back a little. If there's a good or effective way to do that please holla back.

Wow this is a great Idea. Though nicotine has been shown to down regulate certain other things related to appetite (not 100% sure but I think it was GH related). Definitely a good thing when eating less is a definite thing to follow
