Sertraline to Escitralopram switch

I'm currently on 75mg of Sertraline and wanting to switch over to Escitalopram, but I haven't been able to come up with any clear numbers on how to do the switch exactly. I would think I'd need at least 10mg Escitalopram, maybe 15mg.

Has anyone done this switch before and have any points on what worked for them?

I switched from 25mg sertraline to 10mg escitalopram. I remember my doc telling me that 10mg escitalopram was equal to something like 75mg sertraline and that I would likely experience side effects similar to SSRI start up. I think 10mg-15mg escitalopram will be fine.

10mg of escitalopram will be closer to a 150mg to 200mg dose of sertraline. Cheers!
