    Multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good concept for weight gain. But make sure you are getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals that you need.     yeah that is true for sure.. supplement .. the name says it all.. people who cant afford to cook food then sit on the table etc.. they want to do it quick by mixing it with some liquid and then drinking it in a few seconds

    If time is a genuinely a constraint, but your still getting in good food but just need some extra protein and some clean carbs, dont be afraid to use your weight gainer shakes to add that into your diet. At the end of the day, you gotta do whats best for you and what suits your lifestyle. Just remember, dont neglect your nutrition and solid food. Use it as a supplement.

    You still have to consume a balanced diet when trying to gain weight. Simply adjust your caloric intake until you begin gaining weight. Supplements like a weight gain powder can help to increase you caloric intake.
