    FIRST!!! thank you to
FL3XMAGNUM for picking a virgin logger here on MINDANDMUSCLE!!!

THANK YOU to AGEFORCE for the opportunity to use your patch and hopefully my feedback will help others!

    Weight-Loss Aid Formula PATCH

    final review:
    started the log at 263
ended the 6 patch log at 257

only drastic change in my meal was my lunch meals. i got to the point over the past few months of eating the same chicken or turkey or shrimp every day!
had a buddy who is a supp freak...just like me (when i had a job and $) proteins he didnt like. so i used those proteins shakes in the am or lunch even sometimes for dinner.

my cheat meals used to be every friday and saturday and i loved it! but for the month of feb i think my wife and i only cheated 4 times if that and that helped!

for my exercise program what changed a few times in the month was i stayed double sessions in our indoor biking class and also on weight days i did 5 miles on the elliptical or treadmill with 3 mile hit/hiit (20 sec sprint/jog) and a 2 mile jog
a couple of times after waking up from using the patch i was STARVING!!
did the patch work...not sure. yes i lost the weight, but i also changed my diet up and fitness plan.

only negative feedback i have on the patch there isnt a marking to show what the patch is, as i mixed them up 1 night and wasnt sure what was what. maybe adding a faint W on a corner being the same color is a pain lol?

    ease of use:10/10
    directions:10/10
    weightloss:7/10 (see comments above)
    zero side effects:10/10
    application of patch on skin:10/10

sure there is more i missed! i will come back later if needed to add more!

Awesome man, really cool the weight loss was there. The weight loss patch is new, and while I know all the other patches have worked for others, had not really seen any user reviews on the weight loss yet. It's main job is to oxidize fat, and it looks like it did just that. Imagine doubling up on them for a month!

day 14 and 15 sleep patch.

sorry never updated, wife has been away.

seems the past few uses i am been out like a light within a hour!!
i am loving the fact i sleep like a log!
1 issue and i cant seem to find it on ageforces site is if the patch gets wet while its on your arm.
twice this week before i went to bed i washed up again and forgot they were on my arm (wrist area)

still not waking up once i go to sleep!

    HALFWAY REVIEW!!!

strength of patch 1 or 2: 7/10 takes awhile for me to fall asleep.
    ease of use: 10/10
    rep/company support: 8/10
    side effects none: 10/10

After you swallow a 3-5mg Melatonin supplement in capsule, pill, or powder drink-mix format, the supplement is immediately bathed in the extremely powerful digestive acids in the stomach. This is the natural digestive process at work. Unfortunately, these digestive acids degrade and diminish the Melatonin dosage to some extent. After an hour or two in the stomach, any surviving Melatonin leaves the stomach and enters the small intestine, where over several hours, it is finally absorbed into the bloodstream. On average, only 25% of the original Melatonin dosage survives this digestive process, and most important, there is a 4 to 6-hour delay, before the surviving dosage enters the bloodstream and deliver benefit.

This is a load of bologna.

No idea on that, but the melatonin patch did nothing for me (went into with an open mind), I got more results from my 3mg caps from walgreens. Maybe I was just a non responder. First night was good, every other night (I used it for 2 more weeks) was poop

hate playing catch up on my log!!

    day 16

went to bed early this night wife came home from atl.

applied the patch on at 1030ish
i was awake till 1am woke up thurs afternoon at 12ish (dont recall)

    day 17:
put the sleep patch on at 1am
watched some espn and i was out till 8am

    day 18:
today sucked! put the patch on around 1130 was out around 1230-1am
woke up at 3:11am to a huge storm and was awake till 5am
took the patch off at 4am (we were supposed to get crappy weather) and i wanted to be awake.

1 new issue i have the past few times (noticed on day 14-15) the adhesive for the patch is staying on my arm when i take the patch off.
i still think the patches should be stronger in dosage.

sorry for not updating daily!!! but when this happens i will TRY to be as ACCURATE as possible!!

Because there are dozens of clinical studies showing melatonin's efficacy in sleep maintenance. This efficacy wouldn't be true if the capsule they swallowed didn't even take effect until several hours afterwards.

day 20,21 and 22 sleep log

day 20 and 21 is basically the same as previous days zero issues.

this is the odd 1! day 22 went to bed on 3/6/12 at 1030 with the wife (yes went to bed earlier than normal) placed to patches 1 on each arm.
woke up at 12am, 3am, 7am, and then 10am. zero caffeine or any workout stim on 3/6. removed the patches when i woke up and not sure if it was the patches in my system or just tired but felt foggy. just a odd sleep day!

day 22 has been my worst day with the patch, just due to waking up nonstop!

still getting adhesive residue on my arms as i have stated in previous posts.

    day 26
    used 2 patches
had trouble falling asleep the whole night as the house was a little warm and its to soon to turn the ac on (temp was 74 inside).

    day 27

place 1 patch on before i went to sleep tossed and after a little over 1 hour i got up and placed a 2nd patch on i think within 20-30 mins i was sleeping.

i think the time difference is screwing me up atm.

1 more day left and then i will do my final overall review.

    day 28:

this day does not reflect on the patch!!!!
    used 2 patches
also yesterday i added a beta tester fat burner into the mix at 1pm
    all day tons of energy
took me 2 hours to sleep, but if i didnt have the patch i dont think i would have slept at all (and this is common with me)
still got in a good 9 hrs sleep and fell good.

    final review!

REMEMBER this is based on my body!!!

2 patches worked great for me
1 patch it took to long to fall asleep

i think if AGEFORCE offered a higher dose (maybe double or triple) these patches will have zero issues!!
would like to see the patches a diff color as in the beginning i did get the patches mixed up.
the adhesive issue is minor but should be fixed (when you pull the patches off there is a residue on your arm)

overall sleep is AMAZING i have never slept so soundly once iam asleep.

thank you to FLEX and AGEFORCE for allowing me to do my 1st dual log!

if anyone one reads this log and final review and your looking for a sleep aid DO NOT let this log hold you back from trying the patches!!!
my body is strange...if i take otc sleep aids i am hyper and hell and never sleep!

again thank you and signing off!!
