Default Straight Carnivore vs Whey Build

I'm really stuck on what to do here. I've been eating nothing but straight lean chicken, 93% beef, or pork shoulders after power training. I've definitely noticed impressive results from this, but I'm thinking of switching to whey every now and then. Will this effect my muscle build somehow or will it give me muscle shock for instantly switching off and on from Whey? Btw I was thinking of going with Muscle Milk Powder and suggestions would be great and taken into sure consideration. G bless all

You are going from one complete protein source to another so my guess is you will see no significant difference.

So I'm guessing it wouldn't matter mixing them. I know meats contain different natural nutrient sources compared to whey. Was really wondering if those would interfere with any muscle build, but I think I am over thinking it. Thanks Benson

All protein gets reduced to constituent amino acids during digestion so as long as you are looking at complete protein sources, the precise breakdown of the amino acid content is probably not going to have a noticeable effect on the quality or quantity of your musculature.

Nice ok I'll split up my protein intake half and half then after workouts (shake/lean meat). Thanks man you rock!

You think a bunch of raw eggs would be a prob with some shakes?

    Only if they contain salmonella.

I wish Whey didn't make me anxious/depressed. Glorious way to add in calories + protein

Salmonella might be a problem but also if the items you put in your shake don't mix well with the raw eggs, you could be looking to spend some time on the toilet with a magazine :/
