I'm really stuck on what to do here. I've been eating nothing but straight lean chicken, 93% beef, or pork shoulders after power training. I've definitely noticed impressive results from this, but I'm thinking of switching to whey every now and then. Will this effect my muscle build somehow or will it give me muscle shock for instantly switching off and on from Whey? Btw I was thinking of going with Muscle Milk Powder and suggestions would be great and taken into sure consideration. G bless all
