Hehehe i figured out how to fully cure my shizo; ADHD; SA; motor coordimatiom issues amd premature ejaculatiom by focussimg om gaba glutamate amd mitric oxide atleast im my case so id like to go to umi amd do climical study's later im my life.

As I've mentioned in another thread started by yourself, NALG might be even more effective if you want CNS glutamate. And, as somebody else recently speculated, histamine is a NMDA modulator, so there could be some merit in histidine as a supp as well. Not to metion glycine/sarcosine/etc which I think you're already playing with.

I'm interested in these massive oral doses of pregenolone, as this theoretivcally results in GABA anatagonism (at least in the normal population). You might want to try a much smaller sublingual dose (like 10 mg) and report back.
