Granted you wont be able to use it on thanks giving, but.. im thinking of a different way to incorporate eating into it.

Here it goes..

RECREATE your favorite EPICMEALTIME meal (portion should be enough for you to consume ALL and recreate same meal if you do win)



Doesnt matter to me what it is. they are all amazing.

what you have to do is test blood sugar, then eat that recreated epic meal of your choice. Video tape it and give the blood sugar readings.

Thats all.

Please be in the US to apply for this and be 18 and over.

you must if you win. Recreate that same meal you ate to win. With that meal consume 2-6 recompadrol and then test blood sugar.

You must then post those numbers vs your numbers without it.

THATS IT. then you log just 1 bottle. you dont need to log both, and you dont need to adhere to standard dosing.

pretty simple.

Whats the recompadrol supposed to do? Should it make the blood sugar reading lower after the meal? Is more insulin released during the meal because of the recompadrol? Or is it less insulin released?

Im just tryna wrap my head around how this stuff is supposed to be beneficial

Yes it will lower blood sugar. In the presence of carbs. In diabetics I may do it without the presence of carbs. It will also reduce the amount of adipose generated in cheat meals by reducing gene expression associated with adipogenesis. This is via ACL inhibition, ppary antagonism, insulin reduction, carb blocking. I am on my bb but there's a thread in here with a FAQ and the store has the write up. Check it out. I'm quite adept at monitoring my blood glucose too,
and eating very large, standardised meals,
and I can clamp other variables well eg( hepatic glycogen, energy demand from exercise, etc )
and I'm over 18

Do you (or any other members) have any preference as to whether the meals are done in a glycogen depleted state or when my glycogen tanks are full?

Are there any constraints on meal timings in relation to my workout eg preworkout meal, postworkout meal, or well away from the workout eg( 10-12hr away from it )? If not, do the other members have any particular preferences on these issues (some justification/rational would be appreciated).

The hca usually diminished pump a little so the amount of carbs per 2 caps is much higher then other GDAs

Sounds good - I can do both ie( full tank & empty tank ).

As for the meals, a lot of my meals are very similar "standardised chow" although I can do it with a more regular meal eg( dinner ). Those macros are doable. I will probably do those macros as described for a pair of meals, and another pair at a hi pro, low cho, low P diet to see the effect on blood glucose (just out of interest).
