Hey guys,
I'm new here and I've started a new blog series at Mind and Muscle Blogs | Bodybuilding Blogs to log my progress via video posts and daily blog entries.
To begin I need to lose some serious fat. After some warming up, I'm going to follow Mark MacDougal's "Lose Fat Like You're On Crack" routine. I think I'm gonna start taking Rezolution right off as well.
Looking for some advice on cutting diet... I know there's lot's of good info posted in here already which I'll be perusing for days, but if anyone has any specific advice for me after you see my pics/stats (I'll post my first written entry tonight) I'd really welcome it!
