It's busy here but nearly as packed as the Arnold was, at least not today so far. I'll start throwing up pics and thoughts as I walk through.

First pics of the day. The OH Yeah protein booth. There products taste good. Can't comment on their ingredient profile. Here are a couple pics from their booth.

She is quoted:
Diet: “No starches, no bread, no rice, no oatmeal, no fruit. I eat vegetables, eggs, pink salmon, mustard, pistachios and cocoa powder—and lots of EPA-rich fish oils, as well as a number of supplements.”
Training: "Four or five days a week with weights; six days a week for cardio"
Split: Day 1: deadlifts, hamstrings, calves; day 2: shoulders, forearms; day 3: cardio, abs; day 4: back; day 5: quads, glutes; day 6: rest; day 7: chest, triceps
It was a great first day at the O. I met a lot of people and saw a lot of great companies and products, some if which, I will be looking to bring to Mind and Muscle!

Couple other notes of interest, I recognized Patrick Arnold in the lobby by the food court so I decided to introduce myself. We talked for just a few minutes but it was nice to meet him in person. I asked him to come back and hang out more. He said he was contractually bound to other boards but still visits and reads MM for his own learning and enjoyment and that he really liked the quality minds there. I am still hoping we can get him back to hang out and contribute on MM again but I appreciated his sentiments and wanted to share with you all. MM truly is one of the best, most quality, think tanks and internet communities on the planet. Thanks to everyone who helps make it that way!
