    Default What is your "matrix"?

I thought this would be an interesting question to pose to the board. We all have our "thing", that we can see or feel better than others-or at least many of us do.

For me, I have an ability to look at a system-complex multi-computer systems-and evaluate and analyze the data that come from them for improvements or troubleshooting purposes. It's one of those things that I do by "feel", rather than any sort of training.

    So, what's your matrix?

Infrastructure...building walls, streets, etc. are largely transparent to me if I have seen a plan of the MEP/HVAC/utilities

Details. If I'm awake I'll notice a lot of details. And it often makes me go near insane. Does that count as my matrix?

Besides that I'd say I'm really good at anything that requires improvisation. Say I'm having a conversation with sanction. Things just naturally spiral out of control and I'll be writing prosaic bullshit all night long. The words come to me, I don't stop and I don't look. Stream of consciousness of sorts.

If I get in the zone I can deconstruct massive amounts of data very quickly. As an example I had an ancient studies exam and hadn't been doing anything all year. During the 48 hours prior to the exam I went through 10 books, deconstructed 100s of arguments and ended up quoting segments verbatim of Plato's Meno in the exam getting an A+

Let's just say that when I'm in the right mood, things come very, very easily. My brain also makes very funny leaps between seemingly unrelated topics, ideas or thoughts. It's quite funny to observe sometimes. Other times it's a huge distraction.

From my own observations, that goes hand-in-hand with ADHD.

Used to be on the ice rink as a goalie.

Now, I don't really have one...if I owned a supplement shop...that would definitely be "my matrix."

When I think of a person's "Matrix", I think of things that one feels, and just "knows".

For instance, I work with a lot of people with decades more experience and far more grey matter than I. However, there are these little things that I look for-slight details, really-that I "feel", that others do not.

Sleeping, cunnilingus, and intercourse. Made a girl cum my first time, although I did have some training with pillows.

My Keirsey personality type is ESTJ. Not sure how close that is to MBTI.

For the most part my thing is reading people. I pick up on subtle details and can form a pretty good picture. The uncanny thing is the ability to find lost objects (for this I need to know a bit more a person, talk to them for a while). But finding objects is all about patterns, once you can picture the patterns it's pretty easy to realize the possible scenarios and find the lost object.

I'm very good with anything having to do with spacial relations. I can easily rotate objects in my mind, fold/unfold/manipulate them, etc. Finding my way back to a spot I started at is a piece of cake, assuming I paid attention to my surroundings initially. I was making drawings using vanishing points back when I was 3, and made my own Transformers out of styrofoam and toothpicks when my parents told me they were too expensive to get me some - I even made one that changed into 3 different things.

I also have an IQ of 200 when it comes to anything gross or perverted.

Me too, but I suspect that comes more from spending time online than an actual innate ability....

    I'm INTJ, everything maxed out.

I really dont have a matrix. I'm a quick learner and score high on IQ Tests, but I'm socially inept and without drive and ambition.
Also, I can play songs I heard on the keyboard and the guitar, but that comes with enough practice.

Last time I took the test I was an INTP. A lot of people who knows me wouldn't think I'm an introvert, but I go out of my way to make an effort to talk to people - it doesn't come naturally.
