About half an hour ago took 800mg on an empty stomach, wited 15 min and took 400 more.

the overwhelming body buzz cleared away within about a half an hour after it started and I felt fine afterwards.
I may try this again sometime at a lower dose. The intensity of it kinda took me by surprise.
