Anavar
H-Tech

ANAVAR™ is scientifically formulated to drive ATP or Adenosine Triphosphate into the muscle cells continually for sustained muscle growth. ANAVAR™ has taken ten years worth of cumulative efforts on behalf of the researchers, physicians, and pharmacologists of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Hi-Tech has always been an innovator in terms of muscular development. Our company was founded on bodybuilding principles and we have always been on the “cutting edge” of the nutriceutical community. Our focus over the past 7 years has centered around sexual stimulants and weight loss products. Hi-Tech introduced Stamina-Rx® to the market as a revolutionary sexual stimulant in 2001 and shortly after introduced Lipodrene® to the market for weight loss. Hi-Tech employs real medical doctors and Pharmacologists to assist our research staff in formulating scientifically based nutriceuticals that work! ANAVAR™ has a multi-faceted approach that we believe will bring muscle building supplementation to a new level of effectiveness! As companies began distributing pro-hormones into the marketplace with little to no science behind them we decided to put our medical staff to work. Our goal was to find the most effective ergogenic supplements to help build lean muscle mass, increase strength, enhance recovery, and block cortisols catabolic effect on muscle tissue. We achieved this goal with the development of ANAVAR™. The name of the product is very fitting as you will later notice due to its mode of action in achieving muscular development.

ANAVAR™ is scientifically formulated to achieve results that were once only possible through steroids. Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. consulted with a small highly technologically advanced research lab in Belize whose staff includes leading biochemists, physiologists, and researchers. Pharmatec, Ltd. in Belize spent years with our researchers developing prototypes and on the science behind ANAVAR™. As Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. developed a dozen sexual stimulants prior to the release of Stamina-Rx® we had a few compounds we discovered that held a great deal of promise, but were excluded from our revolutionary formula. We happened upon two compounds BEC and ABH that were intended for a potency product when many of our test subjects reported better pumps, recovery times, and endurance while taking these compounds. Stamina-Rx® was finished in its Research and Development phase and ready to be released to the public. These two compounds were excluded in the formulation as the amount of each component necessary for an ethical dosage precluded our small-hexagonal shaped tablet. A study performed by the research staff at Pharmatec, Ltd. in Belize and Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. revealed the following impact on lean body mass.

Thirty men took ANAVAR™ daily for 30 days. They observed an average 29% fall in insulin levels. They also found a 109% increase in IGF-1 (a powerful hormone with noticeable effects on body composition), a 19% decrease in body fat, and a 10.3% increase in lean body mass.

Yet another study on women revealed that while taking ANAVAR™ for just 28 days that they decreased body fat levels by 29% while maintaining the same overall body weight. This indicates a significant increase in lean body mass at the expense of body fat.

Ingredient unknown

2-(s)-amino-6-boronohexanoic acid
possibly hydrogen sulfide. If so highly toxic.

Creatine Ethyl ester
Creatine monohydrate

inosine ethyl ester
Inosine is a nucleoside, one of the basic compounds comprising cells. It is a precursor to adenosine, an important energy molecule, and plays many supportive roles in the body. Inosine is the perfect training companion. It is a natural substance that can help increase the body’s ability to carry oxygen, without effecting its uptake in the lungs, so it can work harder, stronger. Inosine is a purine nucleoside which works with ribose in forming the building blocks of ATP, DNA and RNA. When maximum stimulation is reached Inosine is converted into nutrients used by the body.

adenosine triphosphate
Adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP) is a multifunctional nucleotide that is most important as a "molecular currency" of intracellular energy transfer.[1] In this role, ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism. It is produced as an energy source during the processes of photosynthesis and cellular respiration and consumed by many enzymes and a multitude of cellular processes including biosynthetic reactions, motility and cell division. In signal transduction pathways, ATP is used as a substrate by kinases that phosphorylate proteins and lipids, as well as by adenylate cyclase, which uses ATP to produce the second messenger molecule cyclic AMP.
The structure of this molecule consists of a purine base (adenine) attached to the 1' carbon atom of a pentose sugar (ribose). Three phosphate groups are attached at the 5' carbon atom of the pentose sugar. ATP is also incorporated into nucleic acids by polymerases in the processes of DNA replication and transcription. When ATP is used in DNA synthesis, the ribose sugar is first converted to deoxyribose by ribonucleotide reductase. ATP was discovered in 1929 by Karl Lohmann,[2] and was proposed to be the main energy-transfer molecule in the cell by Fritz Albert Lipmann in 1941.[3]

25-r-spirostan-5a-diol-6-one-3-one
I believe the compound in Anavar is the 6-keto version of this compound. The 6-Keto is a primary oxidative metabolite of 25R-diol. 25R-diol has more activity on it's own with the same or better benefits and a longer active half-life.

Dehydroepiandrosterone
Acetate
Cypionate
Propionate
Enanthate
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a natural steroid prohormone produced from cholesterol by the adrenal glands, the gonads, adipose tissue, brain and in the skin (by an autocrine mechanism). DHEA is the precursor of androstenedione, which can undergo further conversion to produce the androgen testosterone and the estrogens estrone and estradiol. DHEA is also a potent sigma-1 agonist.[1]
Studies have shown that DHEA is useful in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. An application of the evidence was discussed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2001 and is available online.[2] This review also shows that cholesterol and other serum lipids decrease with the use of DHEA (mainly a decrease in HDL-C and triglycerides can be expected in women, p110).
DHEA supplementation has been studied as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease, but was found to be ineffective.[3] Some small placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial studies have found long-term supplementation to improve mood and relieve depression[4][5] or to decrease insulin resistance.[6] However, a larger placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial reported in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2006 found that DHEA supplementation in elderly men and women had no beneficial effects on body composition, physical performance, insulin sensitivity, or quality of life.[7]
DHEA supplements are sometimes used as muscle-building or performance-enhancing drugs by athletes. However, a randomized placebo-controlled trial found that DHEA supplementation had no effect on lean body mass, strength, or testosterone levels.[8]
A 1986 study found that a higher level of endogenous DHEA, as determined by a single measurement, correlated with a lower risk of death or cardiovascular disease.[9] However, a more recent 2006 study found no correlation between DHEA levels and risk of cardiovascular disease or death in men.[10] A 2007 study found the DHEA restored oxidative balance in diabetic patients, reducing tissue levels of pentosidine—a biomarker for advanced glycation endproducts.[11]
Some in vitro studies have found DHEA to have an anti-proliferative or apoptotic effect on cancer cell lines.[12][13][14] The clinical significance of these findings, if any, is unknown. Higher levels of DHEA, in fact, have been correlated with an increased risk of developing breast cancer in both pre- and postmenopausal women.[15][16]
A 2002 review found that DHEA was difficult to study in an animal model. The authors concluded that there was no evidence that DHEA was beneficial for any of the conditions for which it had been studied to that point, that it was associated with significant side effects, and that based on these findings, "there is currently no scientific reason to prescribe DHEA for any purpose whatsoever."[17]

hecogenin acetate
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Hecogenin, which is among the steroidal sapogenins (Merck index, Ninth
Edition, 1976, p. 602) has been described in the glycosidally bonded form,
in which the H atom of the OH group is replaced by a mono- or disaccharide
group, for the inhibition of inflammation (DE-OS 29 26 463, DE-OS 27 59
171). The mono- or disaccharide groups can be partly or wholly esterified
with monocarboxylic acids. A specially preferred compound from the series
of glycoside derivatives of hecogenin is hecogenin-beta-D-glucoside and/or
its ester. The inflammation inhibiting activity of the above-named
compounds is based on inhibition of prostataglandine synthesis. The
glycoside derivatives of hecogenin are described especially for the
treatment of the accompanying inflammation processes, also for
inflammation accompanying benign prostata hyperplasia. The aim of the
treatment is the prostatitis which accompanies the benign prostata
hyperplasia reactively and consecutively.

The named hecogenin derivatives, however, are not intended to treat benign
prostata hyperplasia causally by inhibition of the cell growth and by
reduction of the volume of the enlarged prostata.

For the alleviation and cure of benign prostata hyperplasia, until now
nettle root extracts of urtica dioica, urtica urens and/or their hybrids
have been used.

Like many natural products, these medicines are subject to qualitity
fluctuations and they have a low content of the suspected active
ingredient(s), so that by comparison with pure synthetic active substances
a comparatively high dose is necessary.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

It is the object of the present invention to create a pharmaceutical
composition. It should be usable, in particular, for the essential therapy
in the urogenital zone. For preference it should not only alleviate the
accompanying inflammation manifestations of benign prostata hyperplasia,
but should also, based on the inhibiting effect of the cell growth, be
able to achieve an improvement or cure in the benign prostata hyperplasia.

6-keto-diosgenin
cypionate
propionate
acetate
It is pretty much ecdysterone. A hormone that is active in insects.

20-hydroxyecdysone deconate
It is established that 20-hydroxyecdysone has strong anabolic effect on human body without negative hormonal effect. Nowadays several sport and nutritional companies use 20-hydroxyecdysone as constitutent part of nutritional supplements.

naringen
Naringen is a citrus flavanoid commonly found in grapefruit, and is responsible for grapefruit's distinctive bitter taste. Most of us have heard how it's important to be careful consuming grapefruit juice along with certain medications studies reveal that naringen interferes with some digestive enzymes which can affect the metabolism and breakdown of these drugs. This can in effect lead to an inadvertantly higher dose of the drug, which may pose the threat of adverse reactions in some cases.
However, naringen displays many other interesting properties, some of which make it suitable for inclusion into the ingredients list of many popular fat burners.
For one, there is some evidence that the effects and levels of caffeine can be extended when consumed with naringen. Since virtually 99% of the fat burners on the market contain caffeine (often derived from natural sources like Kola nut, Yerba mate, Green tea, and so on), and since caffeine does exhibit thermogenic (fat burning) properties, naringen is an obvious way to improve and extend its effects.
Naringen has also been shown to exhibit cholesterol-lowering effects which is always a good thing for dieters. It's also an aldose reductase inhibitor, which means it may also have a role to play battling retinal disease in diabetics.

6,7 dihydroxy bergamottin
BACKGROUND: 6',7'-Dihydroxybergamottin is a furanocoumarin that inhibits CYP3A4 and is found in grapefruit juice and Seville orange juice. Grapefruit juice increases the oral bioavailability of many CYP3A4 substrates, including cyclosporine (INN, ciclosporin), but intestinal P-glycoprotein may be a more important determinant of cyclosporine availability. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the contribution of 6',7'-dihydroxybergamottin to the effects of grapefruit juice on cyclosporine disposition and to assess the role of CYP3A4 versus P-glycoprotein in this interaction. METHODS: The disposition of oral cyclosporine was compared in healthy subjects after ingestion of water, grapefruit juice, and Seville orange juice. Enterocyte concentrations of CYP3A4 were measured in 2 individuals before and after treatment with Seville orange juice. The effect of 6',7'-dihydroxybergamottin on P-glycoprotein was assessed in vitro. RESULTS: Area under the whole blood concentration-time curve and peak concentration of cyclosporine were increased by 55% and 35%, respectively, with grapefruit juice (P < .05). Seville orange juice had no influence on cyclosporine disposition but reduced enterocyte concentrations of CYP3A4 by an average of 40%. 6',7'-Dihydroxybergamottin did not inhibit P-glycoprotein at concentrations up to 50 micromol/L. CONCLUSIONS: 6',7'-Dihydroxybergamottin is not responsible for the effects of grapefruit juice on cyclosporine. Because the interaction did not occur with Seville orange juice despite reduced enterocyte concentrations of CYP3A4, inhibition of P-glycoprotein activity by other compounds in grapefruit juice may be responsible. Reduced enterocyte CYP3A4 by 6',7'-dihydroxybergamottin could be important for other drugs whose bioavailability is less dependent on P-glycoprotein.

if you're using this as a stack, why'd you make 3 different threads?

I have one thread detailing each supplement in the stack. The stack is comprised of three products.
It is easier to read through this way.

With a name like "ANAVAR" its no wonder the supp industry gets bad press..

I have been on this board for years, Im not spamming.
The only thread I will be updating is the tri-fecta thread.
These products are confusing as hell, with the amount of crap they pour into a bottle.
Im sure I wasnt the only one who didnt know what most of the ingredients on the back of the bottle are.
I dont claim the ingredients have any efficacy, value or reason for being there. I simply state what they are.

Unless you rec'd this stack for free in return for a log,you got taken for a ride.

You could have easily bought real deal anavar, enough to run a 80mg ED 4-6 week cycle, with a decent wad of cash to spare for the price of this stack.

When a productis not anavar, and the manufacturer calls it anavar, there is a dishonesty.

That is the first tipoff that Colin is probably right.
captainbicept
If you would all read the trifecta thread and not rush to judgements, you would all see this is already summed up.
In the trifecta thread I say how I feel it is an unscrupulous bussiness practice to name a supplement after an illegal drug.
I also say in alll the threads that I do not see any magic or effective ingredients.
Again in the trifecta thread, I said this log is being sponsored by megasupplements.

why are you saying this to him, he is just running a log, i sure he doesnt really care what you think about the product names nor has he really said anything positive about the supplements. Your acting as if its his fault for the names, and you clearly never read his other thread before you responded to this one.
