I dissolve about 1200mg under my tongue and in about 30 min I feel warm and relaxed, similar to a very very very mild version of taking a darvocet or something like that. Does not cause hangover or anxiety like phenibut did for me.

How does that stuff taste?
Some companies package GABA with theonine. Have you ever tried theonine? I think my experience with theonine was good - alert and calm.
Sublingual may not also be convenient but I imagine it provides faster results.

The only thing that I do not like about GABA is that it increases Prolactin.

dose it with cadmium.
FYI - it's Prl is raising because resting GH levels are raising as well. Take the good with the bad.

I must have some kind of screwed up system, because just a 1/4tsp of GABA gives me a few minutes of bad anxiety, the tingles, and achy prostate.

its a common phenomenon reported. I think its a sudden SNS activation or something. this is the reason I stopped taking GABA. couldn't handle the panic attack. I need a very short acting beta blocker or something with it.

im taking zenmind. 200mg theanine. 400mg gaba. I love the combo. Theanine by itself isnt as smooth for me without the Gaba. It could just be I am able to absorb it more readily, as well.

Everytime I take GABA before bed, I wake up the next morning horribly depressed. I CRY my FREAKING brains out! WTF?!
