I placed an order with BN thursday the 16th for a total of 728 USD, a substantial amount of money to me.

I payed extra for rushhandling and it still took 2 days just to confirm that one of the items I´ve bought is out of stock.

I´ve mailed them about this as soon as I got the message but have yet to see a reply. I´ll rather not call them since I do not live in the US and it would cost me a shitload of money to do so.

I know the customerservice has gone downhill since the owner-change but this is just silly.

So, if anyone from BN sees this, contact me ASAP.

Soon a week has passed and my stuff has yet to leave BN´s warehouse.. and they got my money.

Their communication sucks ass, especially on international deliveries. However, eveything comes through for me, and I always get cool extra shite like protein bars, shakers, etc.

Now, the are also quite cheap.

Yeah, I´ve bought stuff from BN after they changed owner with only minor problems, nothing serious but this time they just seem to ignore me and that pisses me off.

I´ve just emailed them again on another adress, hoping that they will reply on that one.

Ah.. and I seldom get free stuff... besides an ugly ass basballcap with my last order...

Care to explain how it was solved? Comping product etc? Thats a pretty big fuck you to a consumer who spent so much. It sucks because I liked Mike and was a customer for a long time. Not to mention they still outstripe NP in terms of bulk powders, so from time to time I still use them

This is how they always solve shit:
Give them extra shit in the box, or discount part of the order, throw in a hat, and ship it late.
It's pretty much they have no guarantee on you having anything near decent service, but they will buy you off in the end to keep your mouth shut.

I got in contact with Dennis about an hour or so ago.

He said he´d look into it, a few mins lates he mails me again saying that he has replaced the item that was out of stock with another one equal in content and price.

He also gave me a gift voucher for 20$.

I do not know if he has included some free stuff with the order itself.

If that suits you wonderful, if Id spent that kind of money and recieved that resolution Id be pissed off and never buy again. Then again, they've never really fucked my order up, but I do miss the samples I used to get back in the days.

Well, we shall see if he has packed any extra stuff in there to.
To send the package with FedEx to my place is a whole lot more expensive then the usual way of shipment so that´s one way of compensation + 20 extra USD to shop for IF i buy from BulkNutrition again.


The problem is that BN still has got some things in bulk that is very hard to find anywere else right now.

I just saw that my package has arrived in my country today.

I say fuck Bulk Nutrition. Since Mike sold it has sucked: Higher prices and slow shitty service. Nutraplanet has really filled the gap left by BN. I just hope that once they get huge that they don't sell out.

An update.

I recieved my stuff today after a little holdup in the customs (that will cost me aprox. 70USD extra.. still cheaper then buying the stuff here).

In the box I found nothing except for exactly what I had orderd so, no samples, no ugly baseball cap.. nothing extra.

Ah, there were actually 6 items missing that has not left USA yet to my knowlegde. That was exepected though.

EDIT: Forgot. The declared value for the whole package was only 250USD. BN had written half the value of the supplements on the box and that saved me some money in the customs. It would have saved me more if the had written "GIFT" om the package as well.

Why would one order from BN instead of www.nutraplanet.com ?

BN has got some things that nutraplanet does not and I prefer to buy everything from one place since it will be shipped to europe and that almost always means an extra charge in the customs for each package.


EDIT: As I mentioned erlier, 6 items were missing since they had to be backorderd. FedEX tried to deliver this second package to me today but I was not at home during that time so I will recieve the missing items this monday.

NP has much better customer service, and while I haven't really researched this, my impression is that NP also has lower prices on most items. Since "fixing" BN is unlikely, I suggest you let the people at NP know what products you'd like them to carry so you could order from them in the future...

I think I read somewhere that they're related, but I sometimes order from DA (not sure if I can post the site) and they now carry most, if not all, of the bulk 1fast400 powders. Service has always been quick and their prices are pretty comparable to NP's. You may want to give them a try.

Why is this so?

Where I come from, if you order something from abroad and the package says gift and is under a certain value, the customs will let it through withou extra charge and that´s always nice.

Old thread, but I have to say, BN has one of the worst customer service I ever seen. They didn't respond emails, they totaly ignore any requests. I just don't understand them. I recomend buy from other stores (NP,BB,DPS....)

I think a great many of the posters here have moved on to NP and Cozmar. BN was my favorite back in the day, but then ownership changed hands and it just doesn't seem the same since.

I order from them on occasion...their prices and selection both still seem top notch and order processing is still damned near instantaneous. I've not had a reason to test their customer service which is, itself, a good thing I think.

Is there any chance how to demand my money from Bulk Nutrition when I used bank wire transfer for payment. They said they cuoldn't send my order and will refund me but nothing was happend. They just ignore me. It's really anoying . I thing there is no legal option for forcing them to fulfil their promises.
