Hey gang,

I've become quite interested in making tweaks to my life to ensure I've maximized my longevity potential. I have some long lived relatives, so the 20% genetic component is taken care of. So what about antioxidants, resveratrol + IF, HRT at 60+, noops? Once you've performed "Blue Zone optimizations," what else is there?

Antioxidants is a pretty broad category. Green tea, lots of it, is one of the best things I know of.

Cacao, and as mentioned Imminst.org has a lot of info on the brain compounds/drugs. If you have the potential to live long a bit of focus on maintaining mental agility might be good.

It would suck to live to 120 and lose your mental faculties at 80 or 90.
