GH has a 2-hour haf life. How does taking GH in the morning help you sleep at night?
On top of that, even if there were longer term effects, any exogenous GH administered would adversely effect endoGH release at nite thereby messing with one's sleep right?

Most of the responses I've been reading from ''board users'' (unfortunately).
Seems the ''popular consenses'' is to run it immediately upon waking or immediately following a morning work-out but NOT at night as it not only interrupts endo pulses but messes with ability falling asleep too.
Any long term users have any feedback when is "best"?

I would take it around morning workout or even better at about 2 AM.(if waking up at 6AM)
