Diet: Protein at least 1g per lbs. of BW. Carbs around 2.5g per lbs. of BW, and fat intake is...well, I don't keep track. Calories end up being around maintainence or slightly above. I want to see what this new product can do WRT repartitioning. My diet consists of lean meats, poultry, tuna, whole grains, tons of low-fat dairy, and 1 or 2 V8 drinks a day. I hate vegetables and rarely eat them, maybe broccoli...so sue me.
Training: 10-12 sets per large bodypart, 6-8 sets per smaller bodypart. Rep range 4-10. I rarely hit failure on any sets. I respond better to a lower volume routine, usually leaving a rep in the hole. WO split is chest/tris, back/abs, off, delts/bis, legs/abs, off, off. I'd like to do a little cardio as well, but just don't forsee it happening with my schedule the way it's been.
