A little history....for as long as I can remember, from my teen years on, no matter what I varied in diet, exercise or in some occasions, supplements I have always had midsection fat. I could always see the top 2 rows of my abs.

I have been successful in following a powerlifting routine and even competed a couple of times. I lost weight for the competition, but the amount of fat pretty much remained unchanged.

I have used abliderate with little success in reducing VAT, yeah I have some VAT too.

Summer is almost over, but swimsuit season is around the corner in the souther hemisphere, so why not give it a good go?

My diet:
PSMF/IF -- I have one meal a day, usually dinner, eat anything I want, but it is mostly clean...whole wheat pasta and in general low carb. Other than that I have 150-180 grams of whey mixed in with milled flax seed or olive oil.

My training:
Lose fat while you smell my crack..
My conditioning is horrible after a year of powerlifting..this is a welcome change.

Supps:
To complete this un-holy trinity Napalm, others daily:
Multi Vit
Vit C
Fish Oil
Choline Citrate
ALCAR
Melatonin
Taurine
Vit B6

That's it. Oh and I have low testosterone that will eventually be fixed once my appointment with the Endo happens..that is my full disclosure of all relevant facts.

Pictures to come later tonight.

First impressions. I started last night and now it has been 24 hours since I began. I applied 5 pumps from chest to below the navel and love handles. More on the abdominal area.

The product is yellow/orange gel. As far as the smell I can't put my finger on it, but it is reminiscent of something I've smelled before. The odor stays with you for a good hour.

The gel itself dries up quickly and washes off easily off your hands.

I have other impressions, but would like to wait a few days before I post them.

Yes I apply it twice a day. I guess that my message wasn't clear. So I apply 5 pumps twice a day.

Observation # 1 for the week...my skin gets red, warm for the first 20-30 mins and then the temperature drops.

I decided to apply my evening dose early on before going out to a meeting...at the meeting, the air conditioning was lacking...wow...I was sweating like a worm at a chicken dance...

I seem to be retaining water as I'm actually smoother in the midsection. I decreased the number of pumps per application to 4.

There seems to be some "gelling" or pilling when the product is rubbed on for too long (10 secs?) So I usually stop as soon as I feel some grittiness.

It's pretty normal for carbomer to ball up/peel off like that. Don't worry.

Water retention is also common with GA and yohimbine. We were hoping to cut down on that with synephrine.

This is working...I'm half tempted to post a one week picture update...but I won't..it will be that much more dramatical at the halfway mark (when the bottle is halfway or two weeks, whichever comes first)

I have noticed some itching, several hours after applying the gel.

Also there was an initial feeling of stimulation with it. Not a big deal in the morning, but at night I had a bit of a problem sleeping when I applied it near bedtime...Now I apply it several hours prior.

That's a killer combo right there. Free it up and scorch it off. I can't wait to get back from vacation so I can start my trial.

Thanks SP...
Yesterday..since I was heading for the beach with the kids, I decided to forgo the morning application as I didn't know how the sunscreen combo may workout. It was a good decision....by 6pm most of the water retained during the week was gone...the results of ONE WEEK are already impressive. I will take pictures next Sunday evening skipping the morning application as well and I may skip the Saturday evening one as well so that all water retention is gone.

Week two here I come.

I took pictures for the halfway progress.

A couple of pointers...turns out it's a bad idea to drink a few beers when you tend to retain water. Bah, it was worth it though. Business dinner and it was a really crappy day, so I enjoyed myself. I will post the pictures up as soon as I get them off the camera.

I haven't uploaded the pictures yet, but wanted to update the log, nonetheless. I had a couple more beers this weekend after pictures and noticed the bloating immediately. I have added some potassium to my supplement regimen to aid in getting rid of some of this water.

Still struggling with the water. I will make sure there is no alcohol consumption before the final pictures. I am very satisfied with the results so far.

....and now the pictures. I am bloated in those pictures, but the love handles change is very evident...well, judge for yourselves:

I beleive we, as a BBing community, greatly overeatimate the caloric requirement for hypertrohpy. Endo/Meso's can make decent LBM gains with a modest 100-300 cal/day surplus and recomposition is certainly more likely in this scenario.

How's LFLYOC working out for you?

If someone says something about you, and it really bothers you, it's probably because it's true.
