I'm still thinking about the difference that conventional makes when compared to sumo. There is so much more back involved in conventional deadlifting. So much more hip involvement in sumo.5/5/5 Deadlift
I did all of the work conventional until halfway through the final work set. Switching to Sumo made everything so much easier. I think I'm a sumo convert.
I am up approximately 15 pounds from 12/20. Wonder how much of it is water.
