    I did search here, also I searched pubmed/google but didn't get any real answers(I didnt look as hard as I could of )



    What are the benefits of supplementing with lecithin? I see its in the lipo-ultra formula, and par's recommended taking it with leptigen(among other things) to transform it more into a meal replacement.



    Also what are the normal doses one would take on a daily basis?

    I normally shoot for 10g lecithin daily, split in two five gram dosages, once in the a.m. with breakfast and once in the p.m. with my final bedtime meal/shake

    Run a search for "choline" at this forum, you will find literally a ton of stuff. Anything that applies to that applies to lecithin. Basically on its own it doesn't do an extraordinary amount. But when combined with other supplements, you can fat loss, increased concentration, etc. Lecithin also contains other nutrients such as inositol which I don't know much about.

    Yah shpongled, after doing some more searching last night, I looked up Phosphatidyl choline and found out much more about Lecithin in general.
