    Default What is your supplement regimen??

    So what do you guys consistently take for sups? I am a BIG believer in food, however, the importance of supplementation cannot be overlooked. The current trends of avoiding supplementation are based on poorly researched and uneducated assumptions. This is my every day....

    2-4g's of Omega 3's (split dosing day and night)
    5g creatine monohydrate
    50mg zinc aspartate
    7g beta-alanine (only taken during endurance training periods)

    I am going to add glucosamine and chondroitin back into the daily routing. I have been on a heafty squat routine that has the top of my right knee a little sore. The connective tissue isn't happy and ice/ibuprofen isn't cutting it.

    Add in some branch chain amino acids during your workouts for the optimal amount of muscle growth.

    I continuously take supps ! I'm actually a self admitted supplement junkie. I do cycle stuff (natural stuff)

    My basics:
    Protein - always trying new brands/flavors. Cellucor Cor performance whey is my current choice (peanut butter & cinabon)
    Vit - ACES
    creatine (not a daily thing) I use plain mono bulk 5G or Cellucor C4
    Fish oil - enteric coated, I absolutely hate fish burps. (haven't tried krill oil yet)
    Hawthornberry extract - bp maintenance

    Current Pre workout: NLA performance Supp-D and Swol-N (stack), note: these are great products and recommended.

    I'd run ECDY as a staple if it were available and within my budget which at the moment it is not.

    1. Pre workout supp... I usually try out different kinds after I finish each tub. But my fav. are easily c4, craze and a new one Bullnox Andorush (this stuff is pretty damn good and has natural test boosters in it too.

    2. Post workout whey protein shake. Right now I have a 5 lb tub of Syntha-6. Awesome protein and tastes the best I've ever tasted. I usually get either this or 100% optimum whey...whichever is on sale at the time.

    3. Fish oil or flax seed oil, I cycle on and off.

    4. Not really for muscle building, but it's called Green Superfood by Amazing Grass. I don't eat too many greens so I take a scoop of this once a day and it honestly makes u feel great the whole day. Get the energy one and buy on Amazon as it's cheaper.

    This is all I use supplement-wise, besides eating high protein foods and a good amount of calories. I've been seeing awesome results with this.
