    Default DAA/6-Bromo Test Boosting Regime followed by Epistane Cycle - please critique

    Hello Everyone!

    Please feel free to critique my ongoing supplement project!



    First a little introduction:

    Age: 27
    Weight: 72KG
    Height: 176 cm
    BF: 18%

    Diet: Vegetarian (Protein from Tofu/Tempeh/Seitan/Whey/Dairy Products/Legumes etc.) Low Carb, Healthy Fats, avoiding processed foods

    Training experiance: 8-9 Years (cycles of gain and loss)
    Training shedule: 3 days/week weight training/ 1-2 days/week cardio

    Goals: Athletic Physique - Lowering Bodyfat - Loosing Torso fat - Bringing Abs to light - Wellbeing - Health - Lean Muscle - Endurance



    Quick Summary of events:

    1. Current Regime (a couple days to go)
    2. 6-bromo supplementation: 10 days
    3. Havoc Cycle: 30 days
    4. PCT: 30 days



    Current Supplementation:

    AM
    Multi (more/less RDA leveled)
    Relora 250mg
    DAA 3g (started 10 days ago)
    Resveratrol 500mg (Sublingual/swallowed)
    Vitamin D3 1200IU
    Fish Oil 3g
    Creatine 2.5g
    Beta Alanine 2g

    Lunch
    Relora 250mg

    PM
    Relora 250mg
    Fish Oil 2g
    Creatine 2.5g
    Beta Alanine 2g
    Zinc 15mg
    Melatonin 300mcg TR

    Preworkout Supps: 2.5g Creatine + 2g Beta Alanine + 1 scoop DS Craze
    Postworkout: Myprotein Impact Whey Banoffee + Creatine + Beta Alanine

    On training days Creatine + Beta Alanine PW replace PM dose.
    Daily intake: Creatine = 5g; Beta Alanine = 4g




    As soon as 6-bromo arrives:

    Same as above with additional 6-bromo at 50mg in the AM

    - Due to my low bodyweight I respond very well to everything supplementation wise, therfore I intend to dose 6-bromo quite low.

    First Questions I couldn't find answered in the 6-bromo threads yet:

    Does 6-bromo has a long enough halflife to dose it just once/day? My 6-bromo product comes in 50mg caps and I would like to avoid opening those and spreading the content on multiple doses.
    As I understood 6-bromo is best to be supplemented in the AM, correct?

    Question: Shall I use a SERM for this 4 week Havoc Cycle? Bear in mind, that the doses are quite low as well. On the other hand 6-bromo is supposed to be suppresive for Testo, so there might be an Estrogen rebound as soon as 6-bromo is discontinuated. Here again, the doses of 6 - Bromo are quite low. I have easy access to Clomid, Tamoxifene and Raloxifene. I'm only unsure if the possible sideeffects are justified for this project.


    Question:
    Do you think I will be able to recover quick enough to be able to train 5 days a week with weights?


    Question: Is cardio training an option during this whole regime?




    Sidenotes: I understand Epistane should be used longer then 4 weeks. Unfortunately this is not an option for me, as I do not have that much time to stay on cycle.

    I'm sticking to the recommended dose on the Swanson bottle.
    I take it for cortisol control - and I feel pretty good on it!

    do blood tests show that you have chronically high cortisoL?
    because otherwise, suppressing cortisol will make you feel worse. Less pain tolerance, less glucose utilization, more anxiety.
    With all those other things you're taking I don't see how you could know that relora does anything at all!

    Will add 1.5g Cordyceps CS4 extract to my morning protein shake now, with 6-bromo and during PCT, just because I recently found a bottle in my cabinet.
    There haven't been much on Cordyceps recently. Did they finally proove it being ineffective in humans? Just read on Ergo Log, that it raised test in mice by +300%.
    Also I will add grape seed extract of which I have a few g left. Can anyone confirm any benefits of let's say 200-500mg/day?

    LOL No that wouldn't be wise.

    Yes I have a rough plan, being:

    phase a) Ramping up testosterone naturally
    phase b) Introduction of an endogenous hormone, to take regeneration to a next level
    phase c) Restoring testosterone production/ reducing cortisol/ controlling estrogene

    So a prety average cycle I guess.

    I have the core supps, that you can see in my first post. Additionally I will throw in stuff to phase a) and c) that has some evidence behind it, is safe and cheap.

    Therefore I decided to add Ursobolic to phase c) as it is save and might contribute keeping gains, though be it just a tiny bit effective.

    I'm thinking of prolonging phase a (DAA + 6-bromo) since 10 days wouldn't do much, would it?
    I have no tight shedule for the PCT, would be cool to get the Epistane done, before school starts again ...

    I now decided against Cordyceps, since a) the evidence for raising T in young adults is weak, b) I'll have trouble pointing down the specific effects of each substance since it are quite a few already and c) I should emphazise on reducing strain on my organs and even Cordyceps will occupy well needed liver enzymes. Oh and d) it tastes strange...
