So i have gone the nootropic route and the ssri route. However i have now finally got the monkey of my back. Started exercise after many many years of prolonged excuses and demotivation. It started with lifting some weights at home and the very next day i got into the gym. Did cardio for 12 minutes at a quite a fast pace. However my heard rate was 195, crazy, just shows how damn lazy my body has been. Anyone got any tips for a good cardio program to decrease anxiety and depression?
