I'm hoping some of you diet masters can shed some light..
I am working night shift currently, and I always stayed away from consuming carbs after 6-7 pm when I work on a day shift schedule. now that i am on nights I'm eating brown rice and other carbs up until 11pm and then doing cardio after work. is this bad?
Wake up around 10:30am eat breakfast
12pm pre work out
12:40 gym
then I eat about every three-4 hours after that, but I'm worried about the carbs.. it is summer and I'm trying to stay lean, but get leaner..
am I over thinking this?
