I'm hoping some of you diet masters can shed some light..

I am working night shift currently, and I always stayed away from consuming carbs after 6-7 pm when I work on a day shift schedule. now that i am on nights I'm eating brown rice and other carbs up until 11pm and then doing cardio after work. is this bad?

Wake up around 10:30am eat breakfast
    12pm pre work out
    12:40 gym
then I eat about every three-4 hours after that, but I'm worried about the carbs.. it is summer and I'm trying to stay lean, but get leaner..

    am I over thinking this?

There are some pretty knowledgeable people on the forum that advocate low/ lower carb diets. Since you say you're lean and trying to get leaner some sort of carbohydrate manipulation might work nicely for you CKD/ TKD.

Id say im lean, in my eyes at least; still a way to go though.. maybe 11-12% i dunno, but i was more curious about the carb intake at night being a night shiter now.. I tried the CKD once I was like a walking freaking zombie..couldnt make it to my refeed days!

I recently set my diet strategy to maintain my level of fitness.
I eat 1 apple, 1 glass of fresh lemon juice, and omelet in morning meal.
In lunchtime I eat one breads along with fried fresh vegetables or beef, fresh vegetables healthy salad and some fresh fruits.
In dinner I take only fresh vegetables broth or green tea.
