I've decided to loose some weight so I'm planning to stack these:
CLA - 3 gr a day
Sesathin - 5 ml a day
30% EPA/DHA fish oil - 6 gr a day
I already use green tea, ALCAR, R-ALA etc and cycle AMP and Recreate.
Are CLA, Sesathin and fish oil good to be used at the same time? Should I simply use all of these for each fat containing meal?
Last time I used sesathin I got some bad lethargy, hoping that adding other oils could lower lethargy and also adding deprenyl.
