I've decided to loose some weight so I'm planning to stack these:

    CLA - 3 gr a day
    Sesathin - 5 ml a day
    30% EPA/DHA fish oil - 6 gr a day

I already use green tea, ALCAR, R-ALA etc and cycle AMP and Recreate.

Are CLA, Sesathin and fish oil good to be used at the same time? Should I simply use all of these for each fat containing meal?

Last time I used sesathin I got some bad lethargy, hoping that adding other oils could lower lethargy and also adding deprenyl.

i've read somewhere that CLA makes you more energized?!?

regardless, what are best supplements to overcome sesathin (and possibly CLA) lethargy?

did you actually sent me an email or just saying in general?

Apparently he is working on some articles, and this bit of information probably relates to them. We had this issue in another thread where he felt like he was giving away information that would lessen the value of the articles he was writing.

I wish he'd come out with his articles already. I'm sure they're good, but he's been talking about them forever (no offense liorrh, just looking forward to reading your stuff).

Anyway D, there's a study posted up in the other CLA thread that shows synergy when CLA and sesamin are used concurrently, and there was a study posted up a while back that showed the same with fish oil + sesamin, so it's pretty safe to say that CLA + fish oil + sesamin would be good.

How does that relate to your articles?

I never read the deleted article, but from what I could gather is that it had something to do with PEA and/or source posting. Since the article got deleted, I'm going to just assume that PEA had some roll to play in some of the issues da_sense was having.

Mitigation of sesamin-induced lethargy through use of PEA?

I never had any sort of Sesathin induced lethargy but if I did,PEA wouldn't be what I'd use to fend it off.

Sulbutiamine at 300-600mg would be good for long lasting and stable clean energy levels,Cozmar has it on the cheap in bulk and caps.So does NP,I think.

I'm not a fan of fucking around with supplemental PEA much,as in my half assed theory it seems like it has the potential of screwing with the genuine emotion of love itself.I'm not alone on this idea other,Gahan and Eclypz have both expressed similiar concerns.

5 days a week I supplement with 6 grams of CLA and 10 ml of Sesathin without any lethargy. There have been a few odd evenings where I felt drained for a small amount of time, but this occurs many hours after my last dose of the oils (like 6), but I was never able to tie it to the oils because I had it happen on one or two off days.

I also use 7-OXO and 6-OXO on those same days, but even if I don't use the hormones, I still do not get lethargy from the oil combo.
