I keep hearing how some nootropics should be taken with food. I want to know specifically why or what type of food they should be taken with.
Here are a few that Im taking and I know should be consumed with food
Deprenyl Idebenone Pramiracetam
I would like to know if just consuming a few capsules of fish oil would be enough to assure proper absortion. Would a piece of fruit suffice for absortion (Im guessing that at least with pram a little fat should be involved).
I also so have the opposite question... Of the other stuff Im taking what is best consumed on an empty stomach, meaning that food would actually make less of it absorbed (like DLPA and ALCAR for eg.)
Piracetam Picamilon Centrophenoxine Choline Theanine Ashwagandha
Bacopa Rhodiola
Is there any consensus about r-ALA having to be consumed with fat in order to make it bioavailable?
Help much apreciated.
