Chris Kelly is an experienced personal trainer, fitness journalist, and the owner and operator of CK Wellness, a fitness and nutritional consulting firm located in Manhattan, New York.
At the age of two, Chris Kelly’s first introduction to fitness was serving as marathon coach for his Mom — a decorated runner. Since then, Chris has gone on to compete in numerous sports on a high school and collegiate level. Chris has over 8 years of experience in fitness, and holds fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Chris is also certified in Sports Nutrition with the International Society of Sports Nutrition and a Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of drugless Practitioners.
Since receiving his MA in Journalism from Columbia University, Chris has written extensively on fitness, healthcare, and nutrition. His writing has appeared in numerous publications including Exercise for Men, Prevention, Health, and the Boston Globe.
